Objects panel¶
The tree¶
Every object in the scene, arranged as a tree. Children move with their parents — see Objects for why that matters.
Drag an object onto another to change its parent. Expand and collapse to keep a large cell readable.
Adding an object¶
The buttons at the top add each type: robot, tool, reference, volume, position, work zone, and import. A new object arrives at the tree root or under the current selection; put it where it belongs before you place it, and its placement will follow the parent.
Object info¶
The panel beside the tree shows the selected object: its name, type, position, size, and the settings specific to its type. It is also where the switches live — collision on or off, helper shown or hidden, locked to its parent or not.
Locking¶
Locking an object to its parent stops it being dragged out by accident. Once a cell is correct, lock the things that should never move again.
