Operating a cell¶
This section is for the person standing in front of the cell. It assumes nothing about robots or programming.
The cell has stopped¶
| What the screen says | Go to |
|---|---|
| A red Fault banner | When it faults |
| An amber Paused banner | When it pauses |
| Emergency stop active, or the robot was touched | Emergency and safety stops |
| Waiting for a pallet, or a station asking to be validated | Pallet stations |
| Nothing — the screen is grey and says Offline | The robot is not reachable. Check its power and network; it reconnects on its own. |
Everyday tasks¶
- Starting the cell at the beginning of a shift.
- Choosing a recipe and a target when the product changes.
- Pallet stations — validating an empty pallet, taking a full one away.
- Speed and payload.
Two things are deliberately not in this section, because they are not an operator's job: building programs, and changing what the robot does. Those live in Guides.
Print it¶
Two things here are meant for paper. The moment you need them is the moment the screen is telling you something else.
- The operator card — one page. Print it, laminate it, tape it beside the panel.
- The operator manual — this whole section.
The complete documentation is also available as one PDF.
