The 3D view¶
The scene as it is. Everything in the project can be seen, selected and moved here.
Navigating¶
Orbit, pan and zoom with the mouse. The view is a camera, not a state: moving it changes nothing in the project, so it is always safe to look from somewhere else.
Selecting¶
Click an object to select it; its details appear in the object panel and its handles appear in the view. Selection is shared across panels — selecting in the tree selects in the view.
The gizmos¶
A selected object gets handles to move and rotate it. Drag them for a quick placement; type the numbers in the object panel when the value matters. Most cells are built by dragging roughly and then typing exactly.
Display options¶
Objects can show helpers — frames, jog directions, gripper opening — and collision shapes can be shown as well as solid geometry. All of it is display only: nothing here changes what the robot will do.
