Roadmap

We no longer publish dates. A date on a roadmap is a promise about a quarter, and it was never the thing anyone actually needed to know. What follows is what we are building and what we intend to build, in order of how close it is.

What has already shipped is in the release notes; what changed since the version you are running is in what's new.

Next

Work that is underway.

  • Production supervision — parts counted, cycle time, downtime and alarms, kept over time and exported as CSV or JSON.
  • A production dashboard — the same figures live, on the operator panel and in the browser.

Planned

Committed to, not started.

  • Support for more robot brands alongside FANUC.
  • German, in the software and in this documentation.
  • Floating licences, for a team that shares machines.
  • A trajectory timeline, with an estimated cycle time before the cell runs.
  • Cells with several robots working together.
  • Stability checking for a finished pallet.
  • Mechanical grippers — jaws and cylinder grip. Today the tool is suction only.
  • A linear axis (7th axis) driven by the robot.
  • Importing CAD assemblies (STEP).
  • Importing part of another project into the one you are working on.
  • Several recipes running against different zones of the same cell.
  • Changing a part's dimensions without stopping production.
  • Predictive maintenance, from the robot's own diagnostics.

On request

Real requests from customers that we build when one of them needs it. If something here is what you need, tell us — that is what moves it up.

  • Palletising inside boxes.
  • Integration with a warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Conveyors and automated guided vehicles.
  • Importing and exporting pallet plans through an API.
  • Loading pallets into a truck.
  • Storage layout optimisation.
  • 2D and 3D vision — measuring parts as they arrive, correcting the grip.
  • Trajectories optimised for energy rather than speed.
  • Several robots palletising on the same pallet.
