Two stations

When two stations help

Two pallet positions let the cell fill one while an operator clears the other, so production does not stop for a pallet change. On a cell that fills a pallet in a few minutes, this is the difference between running and waiting.

Setting them up

Give each station its own reference, and hang its container and positions off it. Two stations means two frames, and correcting one must not touch the other — which is exactly what references give you.

Each station is calibrated separately.

What the operator sees

Both stations appear in the pallet view, each with its own state and count. The cell chooses which to fill; the operator validates and clears. It is all in Pallet stations, which is the page to hand over.
